Tcl/Tk packages were tested for version 8.6.x

in Windows (XP SP3 32bit and 7 64bit (\TCL\Lib)

and Fedora 11, Kubuntu 9.04 X86-64 (usr/local/lib)

Warning. Some shared objects need to place in /usr/local/lib directory not in own subdirectory.

You may correct pkgIndex.tcl or copy *.so or *.dll to this directory.

For some packages on Linux(Unix), you need to build link to libtcl8.6.so and libtk8.6.so, libtcl.so and libtk.so
